Order is possible for available items only
Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative.

Shipping Policy:
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days

Outside Dhaka delivery: 

Deliver within 5 business days
Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
